● Admission to be confirmed only after all documents are verified and course fees is paid.
● Once a student is admitted he/she shall be liable to pay the entire prescribed fees.
● Prescribed Fees is in Indian Rupees. The same amount is applicable to both Indian and International students.
● All payments are to be made by cash, cheque or drafts, by the account payee only, made in favor of “Xploring Light Photography Pvt. Ltd.” Online transfers can also be made using NEFT.
● Cheques are subject to realization. There are cheque bouncing charges of Rs. 500/- and after that we can accept money only as cash, Demand Draft or Online Transfer.
● Xploring Light will not be responsible for any payment made to any other person than the authorized representative.
● Course fees is non refundable.
● Fee structure is subject to change at the management’s discretion. Appropriate notification will be given to all the students.
● Prior information is required if you are unable to attend the class. Please note that the class will not be repeated.
● The class will start max. within 15 mins of the scheduled start time. We will not wait for anyone after that and the content will not be repeated.
● Recording in any form is not allowed in the class premises. Anyone found recording the class proceedings will be disqualified with immediate effect and expelled from the class.
● We will have regular outdoor sessions and each student will have to make his/her own travel arrangements for the same. No refreshments will be served during these outdoor sessions.
● Photo Tours if required can be arranged on cost sharing basis and Xploring Light will not sponsor anyone’s tour expenses.
● All disputes are subject exclusively to Delhi jurisdiction.
