Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 (May 19): BALI CENTRAL

Arrive at Bali airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Today will be a day for introductions & relaxation. We’ll walk around the Ubud market area for street photography and try some local cuisine.

We’ll start the day early to capture the sunrise on the magical Lake Beratan and visit the beautiful Ulundanu lakeside temple. We’ll end the day capturing sunset at the exquisite cliff-top temple at Tanah Lot. Breakfast, Lunch

Another early start to capture the sunrise at Lake Tamblingan. After lunch, we’ll visit Melasti Beach, followed by Mengening Beach for sunset. Bali is known for it’s magical sunsets, and you’ll be in the ideal location to capture the sunset with unique rock formations forming your foreground. This is an ideal spot to practice your long exposure photography. Breakfast, Lunch

Day 4 (May 22): BALI NORTH-EAST

We’ll visit the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces for sunrise and visit a temple later in the day. With 3 straight days of early morning photography, today will be the day to catch-up on your sleep or explore the streets & sounds of Bali. We’ll spend the evening reviewing images from your tour so far. Breakfast, Lunch

Day 5 (May 23): BALI NORTH-EAST

The Tukad Cepung Waterfalls is a hidden gem with far fewer visitors than other popular Balinese waterfalls get. The cliff surrounding the waterfalls give this area an other-wordly, serene feel. We’ll then visit the Tukad Unda dam for some water fun. If we’re lucky, we’ll witness the local children play in the water for some images full of life. A visit to a local temple is also included in today’s itinerary. Breakfast, Lunch

Day 6 (May 24): NUSA PENIDA

We take the boat to the island of Nusa Penida, known for it’s beautiful beaches & cliff formations. We’ll walk around the island today practicing long exposure photography at the Broken Beach & the natural infinity pool, Angel’s Billabong. We’ll spend the evening reviewing images from your tour so far. Breakfast, Lunch

Day 7 (May 25): NUSA PENIDA

We wake up early to drive to Atuh Beach to capture an exquisite sunrise followed by a visit to Goa Giri temple. We’ll take the boat back to our hotel in Bali. Breakfast

Day 8 (May 26): BALI SOUTH

We’ll drive to the East Kelan beach for sunrise. The day is free to shop, sight-see or to review your images with Jassi. We’ll then drive to West Kelan beach for our final sunset in Bali. It’s the best way to say good-bye to this beautiful place. Breakfast, Lunch

Day 9 (May 27): BALI SOUTH

Goodbye to Bali. We will make sure you leave with smiles, friends, photographs you would be proud of and a better understanding of photography. Breakfast
